Adhva innovation management consulting services engages all levels of the client organization to access creativity and insight. We look at creative intersections of thinking styles and domain knowledge. We augment this with the introduction of outside talent, customer input/visits,  partnering and technology opportunities to produce existing product cycle solutions as well as new products and services. Our goal is to maximize the return from this process to include new capabilities such as organization gatekeepers or advanced scouts, developing existing capabilities into something related but more complex producing new products, fact based market forecasts, access to new technology from multiple sources, and improvements to the bottom line.
